Ahoy, Let’s be mates… Grab a beverage and sit in a cozy chair while I tell you a little bit about myself, and why you are here on my website hearing about my paper crafting story.

You may have noticed I referred to myself as the captain at the helm of creativity. This reference brings me back to growing up as an only child of a sailor in the Navy and a bank/legal assistant. I was raised to be strong, independent and task oriented. It was a tight ship as they say. No play until the work was done, and we sure did play… Crafting was what my mom and I did best. So many memories of all the projects we created together. Unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of photos of what we did on a regular basis.

Once I was married, had two sons and a life of our own, I recognized the importance of preserving our memories. This was nearly 30 years ago. Now my shelves are full of many bulging scrapbooks with photos and stories of our growing family. I have become the family historian and curator of memorabilia.

Scrapbooking became my passion as both a creator and demonstrator. I want to show others the why and how of documenting our stories. We’ll throw in cards and other projects along the way as well.

The depth of our journey has no limits with so much to offer you in products, and years of experience from being a school teacher and paper crafting demonstrator.
